What’s New?
🔍 Smarter, Faster Search
- Free text and dropdown filters for greater control.
- The ability to search by description within your stat set. For example, you can now search for “Pizza” within the broader Café & Restaurant category.
- Auto-save functionality that allows you to pick up where you left off.
📊 Enhanced Reporting Options
- Choose which pages to include, such as the implied value chart, sample records, ANZSIC medians, and the comparison table.
- Include or exclude specific stats from your sample.
- Glossary of terms is now included in the PDF to help interpret the results.
📈 Implied Value Range Chart
A new visual chart shows how valuation metrics translate into value for your target business. This makes it easier to benchmark and communicate findings clearly with clients or stakeholders.
🔢 Median-Based ANZSICs
We’ve replaced mean-based reporting with medians for ANZSIC stats. This provides a more accurate and representative benchmark, in line with global valuation best practice.
📋 New Comparison Table
Quickly compare implied values, your sample average, and ANZSIC medians in one simple view.
📤 XLS Export with More Detail
- A description field for each stat.
- All four tables: implied values, sample, ANZSIC medians, and the new comparison table
What This Means for You
You can now dig deeper, search smarter, and present your findings more clearly. Whether you’re preparing a valuation, advising a client, or weighing up a purchase, these improvements are designed to support better decision-making.
These updates apply to all users, including contributing brokers and customers.
